agap2IT conquered 3rd place among the Large Companies of the “Excellence Index” in the most recent edition of the initiative.
The Excellence Index is the largest free study of organizational climate and human capital development carried out in Portugal and is developed by Neves de Almeida HR Consulting in partnership with Human Resources Portugal, Executive Digest, and ISCTE Executive Education. Its main objective is to analyze the current Human Resources practices and allow a comparison with the benchmark, becoming an important management tool for the participating organizations.
agap2IT climbed one position compared to the previous year's edition. The bet on an approach to Employer Branding, with its brand, is the basis of a strategy aimed at involving employees and creating a platform for attracting and retaining talent. An internal inquiry into the values that constitute the “agapiano spirit” was the starting point to enhance the identity and connection to the culture of the IT consultant.

This vision has, for some years now, entailed a strong investment in the training hours taught to employees, through remote and presential training, organized by the Training & Development area or even through training on online platforms such as the Code Academy or the Udemy and the strong commitment to certification through the Pearson Vue exam center.
