The implementation methodology was the identification and definition of functionalities to be contemplated in a web responsive online questionnaire that aimed to obtain answers from citizens. It also included a back office for management and control of the operation. We also developed a mobile application for use by enumerators to control and support the operation on the ground. It was possible, within the schedule and budgets, to integrate the functionalities necessary for the success of the project.
